NorthVance is a house-of-brands operator. Our model is to launch, run, and scale online retail brands across everyday consumer categories, handling everything from product and sourcing to marketing, fulfillment, and customer care as each brand comes online.
What we do
NorthVance is built to own and run the full stack behind each of our consumer brands, so brand teams can focus on product and customers rather than infrastructure.
Brand Incubation
We identify underserved niches in everyday consumer categories, then design, name, and build new DTC brands from the ground up — from product specification through go-to-market launch.
Ecommerce Operations
Each brand we launch gets its own dedicated storefront, with a consistent internal playbook for merchandising, conversion, and customer support applied across the portfolio as it grows.
Supply Chain & Fulfillment
We manage sourcing, quality control, inventory planning, and order fulfillment for each brand, working with manufacturing and third-party logistics partners so orders can ship reliably.
Performance Marketing
Our growth function runs paid acquisition, lifecycle email/SMS, and content across search and social for each brand, with shared tooling and reporting across the portfolio.
Our approach
We look for consumer product categories with steady, recurring demand and room for a better product or a better customer experience — not fads. Every brand we build starts with a specific, well-defined customer problem, not a spreadsheet trend.
Once a brand goes live, our plan is to treat the first 90 days as a data-gathering exercise: pricing, creative, and channel mix tested deliberately before we commit to scaling spend. Brands that show durable unit economics get more investment; brands that don't get wound down quickly.
We're setting up shared back-office infrastructure — fulfillment, customer support tooling, supplier relationships, and analytics — so that once it's in place, a new brand can move from concept to first sale faster, and can be operated profitably at a smaller scale than a standalone startup would need.
